GINGER WILLIAMS, EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Experience meets expertise to serve production needs great and small.

Ginger has over two decades of experience as an executive producer and team leader at Paramount/Viacom. In her tenure there, she oversaw production on countless 360 marketing campaigns in support of a number of brands under the Paramount umbrella. She has worked on shoots wide ranging in complexity and budget and loves nothing more than bringing a team’s creative vision to life and delivering a flawless experience on set for all involved. She spent the early part of her career at Comedy Central producing award winning campaigns for The Comedy Central Roasts of Rob Lowe, Justin Bieber, James Franco and Charlie Sheen and promo campaigns for The Daily Show, Inside Amy Schumer, Broad City, Key & Peele, South Park and many more. More recently, as VP of Production at Paramount+, Ginger led the team supporting Paramount+ and Showtime producing shoots across the globe on a wide ranging slate of titles including Yellowjackets, Halo, Billions, The Agency, Lioness, and Landman.

Now working in the independent freelance space, she brings her extensive experience in production management, budget oversight, cost control, scheduling, talent and vendor management, contract negotiation, compliance, union regulations, and stakeholder relations to her clients. She has experience delivering a wide variety of assets including premium motion, stills, social, publicity, behind-the-scenes, and special project assets on budget while maintaining creative excellence. Known for staying calm and solution oriented when the inevitable “that wasn’t in the plan” moment happens on set—navigating last-minute changes, unforeseen challenges, and production curveballs with diplomacy, creativity, and a healthy sense of humor is a favorite part of the job.
